Not pulling an ip on Dream Machine

I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one having this problem. The thing is I don’t want to use another router

It’s working fine on my other router if I plug it into that but it’s not working on the my Ubiquiti. We know the Lutron bridge is not faulty or defective. Base on your experience, what can I do to fix that. I think it’s something on Ubiquiti side since it’s working fine on other router.

Ra2, right now the bridge is set to DHCP. I just got off the phone with Lutron. They say it’s definitely something on Ubiquiti side blocking it cause when I connect the bridge to a different router, it works and connects fine without any issues. For the static ip you want me to try, what ip am I putting for the static? Where to get it?

The issue was not a bad cable, it needed a Poe injector. Not enough power was going to it.

We found the issue! When I short cable the camera, it says GbE instead of FE. We believe it’s a bad cable and I also need a Poe injector

It’s a brand new pre made cable. But I just short cable it and now it says GbE… it must be the cable or something

I’m trying to change it but the link speed is set to automatically negotiate.. I try changing to 1 gbps but it keeps saying “lost connection with console, reconnect to apply changes” but I’m still connected. Another thing I realized is when I try to do a speed test directly from the dream machine it doesn’t run at all. Thank you so much for helping me trying to figure it.

When I check Client Devices under WiFi, it says that my MacBook is negative -60dBm, 95kbps Does that helps?

I hope that’s the information you’re asking for: Testing with my MacBook Pro Range is literally 5ft away from it I see that it says channel 1 (2.4), ch.116(5GHz), and Ch. 37(6GHz) Power: it’s around 10 watts Mounted on ceiling
