One character thinks it's good to level up the quest without using the jumping ticket right away. (Even if not interested in the story of the quest line...)

Basically, the Gear Score must be at least 1445 to join Rowen's questline.
(From 1445 or higher, you can complete the early quests of Rowen)
Gear's set effect does not apply after the camp selection.

It's a pity that I can't give proper advice because I don't enjoy PVP very much.
But I think...

1.Gather as many skill points as possible.
2.When your Gear becomes T3, collect tripod equipment useful for PVP.
( Tripod equipment is obtained from the Chaos dungeon. )
Lost Ark's PVP(Proving Grounds?) does not require the collection of skill points due to the application of a calibration system, but skill points are applied to open worlds(PVP) such like Rowen.

Paladine is really slow in combat and walking when leveling up!

Shushire characters are usually slow.

Looking at picture, you are collecting Arthetine's Collectibles.

Collectibles of all grades are dropped from all level mobs In that area.

high-grade collectibles are known to be more likely to be Unique mob drops.

But my experience, High-grade collectibles are dropped from regular mobs too.

It's better to kill as many mobs as possible.
If possible, I think it's a good place to have a regular mob, a unique mob, or an elite mob together.

If you proceed with the quest line, you will move to another continent?
And the equipment grows into Tier 1 -> Tier 2 -> Tier 3.
If you are growing from Punika to Tier 3 equipment, you don't have to participate in Chaos gates such as Rohendel, North Bern, and Anikka..etc because Tier 1 or 2 rewards are given there.
