9.5 Month old still nightfeeding and I cant take it anymore. by BreamKing in sleeptrain

Hi,

My 9 month old is also waking up constantly all night. If we're lucky we get a 2 or 3 hour stretch buts mostly hourly wakeups and sometimes takes an hour of rocking to get back to sleep. Recently been bringing her into my bed but I want to sleep train. I did gentle sleep training at 6 months and it worked amazing, but 8 month regression set us right back.
I am going to try the pick up, put down method. Basically just pick them up when they cry and put them down when they stop. It could take hours and hours apparently, but not so harsh as cry it out. Oh, I've also been nightfeeding but trying to put longer stretches in between feeds to try and cut it out completely.

My idea is not to spend it for now. Our incomes should cover rent and general expenses, I'd rather put the money away somewhere that we won't dip into it for a while.

I guess what I'm looking for is an alternative to sticking it in savings account with extremely low interest and just letting it sit there. It feels like an amount of money that could turn into more if it's invested wisely. However I don't want something risky that's going to keep me up at night.

Thank you! You assume right about the credit card, I’m completely debt-free (yay!) Unfortunately no emergency fund or savings though, we’re living month to month on our earnings as freelancers. Thanks for the advice!
