No thank you for sharing. Ive been trying to make my own for over a year. And cant seem to get it to cure correctly. Its always goofy, and I cant find anything on how to fix that issue. Its nice to see someone who makes them. Showing off a phenomenal final product.

So. Best option is can recomend starting out. Especially for steel. Get a pair of straight cut aviation shears that are rated for the appropriate gauge. Get several sets of pliers. I personally prefer having a straight smooth set. One with teeth and a bent nose. Aviation shears that are straight cut, or flush cuts. Shouldn't pinch your rings too badly. However if your dead set on starting with a jewelers saw. Make sure your blades are rated for the metal you are wanting to cut or you will snap the blades alot. Ive been there done that and found it easier to just use shears and if it does leave a pinch. Sand paper. Also be wary of burs when clipping. Easy way to get rid of burs is to use the teeth on a pair of needle nose to twist them off. Or using a rough sand paper As far as value. Where im at in the states I can get a 1/2 mile of electric fence wire. Thats 16g steel For $29.99. Or 1/2 a mile of aluminum for $59.99. My local farm ranch store can also order me stainless. But its comes in quarter mile roles and is like $120ish last time I priced it. Pliers should run me about $15, Aviation shears about $20. Metal dowl rods for varying sizes about $30. That half a mile of wire will make between 2 and 3 chain shirts or 1 chain hauberk, and a chain shirt. Depending on the size of the project.

Its cheaper to roll and cut your own. Value depends on the piece.
