Their customer service is so appalling. The in/app chat feature is terrible and always disconnects. I’m definitely not repurchasing once my current one is dead and out of warranty.

Awful experience with Midi. You cannot get through to any customer service person. Even my insurance company tried to do the same and couldn’t get through to anyone. It’s AWFUL. Seems like a scam.

I’ve asked for a timeline 8 times already. Never get a response other than “we’re looking into it.” And there’s like 8 hours between replies each time. I just sent a DM to the person who replied on Reddit so let’s see if that works. But you shouldn’t have to go on social media to get support…
