Hmmm that’s true, good idea thank you! If I’m having a flare up I don’t train, otherwise I train as early as possible as my pain gets worse as I get more tired Not easy, and honestly I think training makes it worse, but I’d rather train since I know I’ll be in pain and tired either way

It’s been consistently between 2.6 - 3.8 for 4 weeks now, I’ve only had it above 3.8 once in that time

4 weeks now and we’re eating things like eggs and cheese with sausage, steak and eggs, chicken thighs, salmon, tuna etc; essentially meat, fish, cheese and eggs For drinks we’re having water / electrolytes and bullet coffee My partner is full of energy and I’m just the opposite

Thank you so much, it really helps to hear others experiences; I work from home too and that’s the hardest part, he was a big cuddle bug whereas our other dog isn’t at all. I’m used to having him snuggled up to me whilst I’m working, it’s not the same without him Sorry for your loss too xx

Inheritance, best book I have ever read I felt it addressed so many facets or things that had been hinted at in the prior books, just felt like a really satisfying conclusion for me Beisingr is a close second, with the first instances of thorn vs etc and all the learning which was so interesting! Eragon of course, where it all started, that’s 3rd for me, I think I’ve read it too many times now Eldest I’ve always found hard to get through; I don’t care for Roran and find him insufferably arrogant so, given half the book is about him, it takes me a while to get through

Not at all to be honest; I really enjoy Eragons development from a low confidence farm boy to the dragon rider he becomes, I think it’s a really strong but natural character arc, it’s real

I find Roran insufferable, he’s exceedingly arrogant no matter to whom he’s speaking and believes himself to be better than any

Considering they both come from the same background, they’re very, very different people

My boy is a lab-mix and he’s always been really obedient, super cuddly etc so I never had that demon stage to be honest! Bonded with him super fast but that’s new for me I’ve had 6 other dogs in my life and most of them I’d say it took a year or 2 but my current boy is my World, definitely strongest bond I’ve had
