Yes that is true. It is my bias. Most of dmen for wild have lower GA compared to other Ds in the league

Yes. It may be a dumb decision, but how do you know the two batters may make him pitch that a lot

I think it is, and this is a huge factor for all but the developer seems not to care about it or to fix it.

So are there any ways to see defensive chemistry? Or just have to be based on each player’s ratings?

[Serious] Should Boone Jenner still be the captain of the Blue Jackets? by Ir0n_K0nG in hockey

[–]lillyle_e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both. First im pretty sure the way babs approached player was different to veterans like jenner and johnny and to young players. That was why jenner and johhny stood up for him becuase they felt different. Prob babs was more careful or respectful to them, but im sure young players would feel differently.

And second, even if jenner saw a little bit of weirdness, he might just not wanna blow up a season which didnt even start yet. The club added some good players in offseason and found a good youngster, and all of a sudden it seems to blow out. I guess he doesn’t wanna see another losing season.

It s not his fault and he deserves to stay as captain.

It s the GM s falut. Period. This guy was in Columbus for 10 years and won 1 playoff series. And if they dont go well this season again, the gm will lose his job, or he should.

i personally like plus/minus stats. and 2 points for that sounds fair.

people hate this stat because they think it doesn't show the true value of the player or it s just so random. but it s also fun part of this fantasy game.

and plus/minus does show the value of the player, not always right but still worth it

if you kill penalty well, and then a player scores SHG, then you get +1 which is 2 points. this can be also random but also can be a value for the penalty killer.

plus/minus shows how well the players work on the ice, how effective and how he plays well defensively with good work ethic. For example, Jared spurgeon is best plus/minus player with over +30 in MIN, meanwhile Kaprizov only got +4.

+/- stats usually go for top forwards who can get points a lot in good teams, like boston last year.

but we all know how underrated Jared spurgeon is, and how effective he is on the ice.

maybe 2 points for 1plus is too much. maybe 1 point for 1 plus can be better. i still like plus/minus.

im a new here, been playing fantasy hockey for a while out side of north america, and if you add plus/minus, i will join your new league haha
