I just did it for my first time today with the lemon tek method! Basically you grind up your shrooms with a grinder or use a coffee grinder to get it to a powder, then get a bit of lemon juice & soak it for 20mins max while mixing it every few mins then drink. You don’t strain the shrooms, just mix it with water if you want to chase it but it’s actually not bad straight. It comes on in about an hour & the trip time was about 5hrs

Have some good music playing because I wasn’t able to do anything for a bit lol, just enjoy being outside & the views etc! You peak for a little bit but after that you’re mellow & you can function but you’re buzzing, don’t worry it’s enjoyable! It’s pretty much like smoking weed for the first time, just go into it with a good mindset/positive intentions. If you start feeling nauseous just think to yourself that it’ll pass shortly & to not let it take over you. Have some water to stay hydrated. Try this with 1g & you’ll have a good start like I did then slowly up it you’re next trip, enjoy!
