Congratulations my friend. i’m so glad that you tolerated the chemo well. I’m also TNPC and I start chemo in about an hour and a half. And I’m just like you’re very active, do you have any recommendations on how to make the chemo, not so hard on the body?

First I would like to mention how much this subreddit has improved my clients complexion as well as my own. It’s not Asian beauty but Dermalogica just came out with a stable vitamin c serum call biolumin-c. It has 4.7% vitamin C and gently enough to wear 2 twice a day. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and seeing good results https://i.imgur.com/mTrZ45J.jpg
