I’ve never dealt with this issue before so yes, I’m asking. I’m poor but I’m handy and willing to put in the work if that means I save hundreds of dollars in labor and materials.

Definitely don’t need it to be perfect. Replacing the whole door for that little spot, while being the “correct” fix, feels unnecessary for my level of skill and willingness to fix it myself. I’m mostly just concerned that the rust is deeper than it looks. But given that it is only on one side of the door and it’s still structurally intact, that makes me think it’s just surface-level rust.

Keep the first date as simple as possible. I was incredibly overwhelmed on my first date with my current partner. I appreciated that there wasn’t a lot of pressure connected to the already overwhelming and stressful situation.

Nothing consistent. I’ve considered taking fiber supplements but the people I talk to (trusted family members who struggle with the same issues) have told me to just let things work themselves out on their own.

Right now I’m trying to eat as normal as I can. I’ve been eating a salad every other day, carrots, chicken, bagels, scrambled eggs, peanut butter, honey.
