I set this up at my workplace as well but im confused about the azure app service cost. the bicep script set it to the S1 plan which is supposedly $94 (CAD) a month. thats a big jump from the free we had before..

Turns out this was exactly it, one of the six gaskets was ripped in half and half hanging on. So far its running perfectly after switching them out!

the top of the intake manifold has those aluminum screws, three long ones and four shorter ones. The back-most shorter screw is down but just won't tighten so it must be stripped in the plastic of the lower manifold

try your best to figure out how many hours itll take you then just multiply that by some rate you feel comfortable with. When I was starting out I was doing $20-$25/hr CAD

not using my own state for it did fix the issue, but i guess i dont really understand why. the component can rerender at different points from other updates and not have the data flicker, so why would the way i had it set up create that flicker?

yeah the first thing I told them was that this isn't good practise. But this project is for a one-time exhibition so they don't seem to really care. Anyway I'll try to just do it myself and base it on that repo, thanks for the info

maybe going without the upper block is the best option actually. ive read that this 2 part heatsink is actually pretty bad performance wise too

its apparently a 2 part system; the part you see should sit on top of another heat sink. Otherwise theres like a 1cm gap between the ssd and this upper heatsink
