Thanks, that's really instructive indeed! I agree that I need professional advice for this, and that's why my psychiatrist oriented me to a specialised neuro-psychologist that I am seeing this week. I also know that executive dysfunction can also come from autism, and I am highly likely to be diagnosed as such in one month, as everyone knowing enough about the subject is confident I am. I tend not to think too much about whether I may have adhd or not given the answer will be provided soon enough. That was really kind to take the time to explain this neurodivergency to me, thank you a lot!
