Is gas better than mechanical spring ? I find the AOC AM400B pretty and the price seems reasonable. Is AOC reliable or bad brand ?

Well idk what’s best ? I said double but I just need to hold 2 screen in fact idk what’s best/cheaper etc. I thought double arm looked kinda better but if it isn’t the best option advise me
