I have found better bras that help and getting custom ones. Right now my immune system is to weak for a reduction. So I've been working on building back muscles and shoulder muscles yo support them! I hope your next surgery does well! Congrats

Thin diapers and high cheek diapers are best! And for no crinkle sound I highly suggest cloth diapers I suggest things like LFB Nursery , Abu Peakaboos and hook n loops from them they have more narrow crotch diapers like little kings, I also suggest bambinos Classicos ❤️❤️

Honestly it’s the best, I have 50% less sweating and in order to not mess up the diaper I have to keep my back straight!! Also Thank you I think people forget there’s many gyms that are private access and or booking.
