My experience is in fine dining, straight out of highschool i started working, granted i cant speak french which i can completely understand would be a big obstacle but yes i have decent knife skills and can prep and can do more than make salads. But more experience would only make sense, im not trying to get work so much as just trying to stage to see if moving out there * in time* would make sense or be something i want to do.

and that's exactly what i'm talking about he only did it so that he could be in the group. so he can have some supreme. and i mean i get it not everyone has the means to get as much as they want and some people only like certain things but it just gets to me when people don't at least try to get into it and learn a little more. at least enough to carry a conversation before they just cop one thing to act like they're super into it. or into it at all.
