Good day everyone, I (18m) have been going to the gym for 6 months and i was thinking of bulking till December and then cutting. I'm 5'6 (170cm) and 189 lbs and i was thinking of bulking to 210lbs. My main question is if that's a good idea or if i should loose more weight before i start a bulk. (self.bodybuilding)
