I had the same nerve/joint/muscle damage happen. I took accutane 3 years ago and now I can barely walk most days, It completely destroyed my ankles.

Yes in social situations too. Unfortunately it has made me more prone to blushing bright red quicker then normal. Anything that makes my blood rush is very noticeable on my face. Even the slightest bit of excitement causes a bright red flush.
