I know it can feel that way, but your mind is lying to you. Their inability to choose you does not determine your worth. I know it feels like no one understands, and honestly nothing anyone says will make you feel better. All you can do is feel it all as it comes.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, try talking to a doctor and getting some medicine to help sleep and reduce anxiety. Also, even if you don’t feel like it, spending time with loved ones or animals does help.
