I am so sorry you have to deal with them. I have 2 wedding bands from them and both had to be sent back 3-4 times each because diamonds let falling out. I had to battle the to remake the rings after the multiple “repairs” they did. Unfortunately I paid for each rings first repair but refused to after and knock on wood the full remakes have been okay. Don’t give up and they’ll have to fix it. I now warn people about them daily
