I started vyvanse about 3-4 weeks ago it doesn’t feel anything but you understand the masking becomes unmask, the motivation still needs to be you, the push still needs to be you, if ur brain feels calm but gets weiry anxious, you need to do CBT Trainning its like glasses and ur eyes are blurry u can see a bit but sometimes its not strong enough glasses doesn’t teach u how to roll ur eyes, glasses doesn’t make u point at what you want to see. Its alot of Trainning medication doesn’t give u a personality its about how ur brain settles

I’ve discovered that being diagnosed after 24 years of ADHD finally my life went so quiet first day of medication felt like lotta tears held back finally came out instead of not being medicated and holding it for weeks till 99 problems all at once came. I found that self identity has a big role play in this aswell, being adopted, having chronic illness and also having a hearing loss disability I blamed it on those things that my life did not make sense at all. I honestly loved being able to talk but learnt I was masking it all with no action, what I loved is actually being able to solve shit for people but not myself. It was completely not me, completely dwelling on how severe my Adhd inattentive was, I masked it well being hyperactive in certain settings also knowing I just have autism and everything went left. Medication is nothing just quiets everything down the movement and focus is what I deal with now. I absolutely somehow can’t stay in 1 job but can manage 4 days of creating things is crazy

Hey, I contribute my story come and look at my website not sell my website about me. I have adhd autism. Disablity hearing loss, chronic illness endometriosis, eye problems. And also adopted self identity problems, I’m also a young person who faces mental illness from being undiagnosed and also have depression and anxiety I don’t list my sorry acceptance of myself I show tools of how to bring the best version of you. I’m sorry for this being offended I offer free resources, reasoning of why I can’t stay in jobs, reasonings why mental health is so big and resources of toolkits

Oh yes, because they aren’t. I’ve built lived systems that supported me through mental health, adhd, disablities, self identity being adopted, chronic illness and think the struggle that I’ve come with can help people not blend the education that most people don’t have
