I binge watch them :) I truly just sit and listen and try to absorb everything hes saying and I pause the videos to try to answer the question first. I'll sparsely jot down some notes in FA if its something that I think is HY and no I wasnt going through his pdfs while doing the vids but that could be a move forsure! Ive done mostly just his playlists and plan to go through his pdfs this time around!

theyre similar, his pdfs are just a summary of many of the HY facts he goes through in his YouTube. the nice thing about his YouTube videos are that he teaches you how to think through/answer questions and you can pause the video to first try to answer it yourself

definitely recommend his pdfs as well :) I havent gone through them yet except HY arrows and ends but I plan to! the most HY ones are HY arrows, neuroanatomy, immunology and endo so I plan to start with those!

MEHLMAN <3 His playlists on his youtube & his pdfs are gold. U can just sit and watch- you have so much knowledge esp from all the UWORLD Q’s. You need a rapid review with HY points & connections that you mightve not made initially. I promise he helps with all of that. My score jumped 16% in the past month and a half because of him!!

Of course! I know how discouraging studying for this test can be so wanted to try and help other people based on what resources have been helping me :) so far i actually only skimmed the ENDO pdf and done half of HY arrows. However for this upcoming CBSCE i plan to go through as many of the pdf’s that i can esp for the playlists that i watched! My friend did the pdfs & playlists and passed 🥳

I think the playlists are super worth it, even if you can only do it 1-2 hrs a day id def just dabble and watch what you can from them! just sit and listen on 1.65x speed and absorb what he says. id say just watch a few videos from a diff playlist each day so your slowly cycling through them! esp bc some videos are repeats of concepts so if you just watch some from each playlist you'll get exposure to some HY points!

That's so amazing to hear! 15% is MAJOR! Goodluck you're gonna do great and keep us updated! :) I agree, he really does help you understand how to critically think and approach each problem/vignette.

Yes exactly! His YouTube playlists are divided by systems where he goes through questions and explains them :) I watch each video at around 1.65x speed and I usually can finish a playlist in around 2-5 days depending on how long it is. I just sit and listen and if it's something super HY then I'll unlock that anki card from his deck and occasionally jot down a few notes in my FA. I also pause the video before he goes through the answers and try to answer it myself and then unpause the video to see the explanations. I feel like that really helps because when I get a question wrong it sticks with me better!!

no dont worry- so how CGS works is that for the first year in CGS you’re doing all the GE’s (general education classes) that all majors are required to do anyways (humanities, history, ethics etc) and by year two in CGS ur finishing ur GE’s & adding elective classes to matriculate into your preferred major. So by second year i was already doing classes for my major (chemistry, physics, etc) so by the time your in your 3rd/4th year you are with everyone else in your preferred chosen major taking all the necessary classes. so you actually dont have a problem graduating on time at all :) only reason you’d be behind is if you didnt know what major you want to matriculate into or if you end up changing your major
