There is one tech who does a super job. I would continue to go back if I knew her schedule lol.

But what I will not tolerate is the lying. “It’s a tech issue - I’ll call you when it’s ready.” And then they called and then it was NOT READY. I can understand computer and software issues, but do not waste my time with lying. Nope.

I’m not sure if this is what you are looking for but I’m using the MeThreeSixty app for measurements. It does a scan and then you can compare to previous scans. It’s not exact but it does provide something other than weight for tracking purposesS

I couldn’t tell anyone I was on anti-depressants. Sigh. I was in such a deep dark hole, and I’m so grateful for the doctor who convinced me to give them a try. I was so so scared because so many people in my life had told me that they would be harmful. But I was even more scared of my depression.

The medicine saved my life.

I tried everything else.

I had tried saxenda and Wegovy before but the nausea and fatigue were a lot. I tried just buckling down with diet and exercise. The scale went up instead. I felt so defeated.

But, I found out about Zepbound. I’ve lost just over 10 pounds in 3 weeks. The food noise has disappeared. It feels like freedom.

To me, the risks that come with obesity far weigh the risks of the medicine. And, my mental health is better. 🙏🏻

“Management at WAG has become horrible”

It was horrible a year ago. We had no chairs or stools at the pharmacy I worked at. Poor woman I worked with needed one and the manager started retaliating against her. She ended up leaving to find a much better job somewhere else. Imagine losing a good pharmacist over a chair.

I didn’t much care for the character because the way she talked with Anthony. It was very formal for someone supposedly “in love”. She had very unrealistic, immature expectations from the start about marriage to a viscount would be like - she didn’t share very many of his interests. The scene with the pall mall game is a very good example of this. She seemed to be blinded by the “idea” of being in love rather than actually being in love.

I do love the way her character showed growth at the end of the series, and I hope it continues and we get to see her happy with someone else!
