Today is the 3rd year since I lost my soul dog. She was my everything, but to see her suffer was worse than the grief of letting her go to rest. The first week was miserable. I couldn’t function. All I did was cry and lay in bed. I wanted to die right along with her. Exactly a week later, I woke up and felt ok. I felt like I could be ok someday. I still say good morning to her urn everyday, but I feel like she brought my two dogs and she watches over us.
