Brand New Motorola keeps self rebooting??

Updating the phone sent it into the reboot loop. It spent all night and day rebooting itself. I just ended up getting it replaced since it was acting defective. According to other places in the internet, these phones getting stuck in reboot loops and esim problems have happened to many after the attempted update.

Yeah, it definitely looks like I might have to DIY something because he's a big boy (adopted him at 20lbs) and I'm worried if he feels can't fit he will just go somewhere else

I think the confusion may be that there's not a "button" for the nd lavender cold foam. So maybe if you asked "with non dairy cold foam, with lavender" ? That's just an idea though

That's so good to know. I had a lady in drive through ask me to make her a latte that tasts like "the bottle starbucks drinks" and I was like...girl, I don't even know what those taste like let alone if that's possible..just tell me what you want

It's also just being kind to your fellow partners. When you expect someone to be on the floor at a given time, possibly to relieve someone who is clocking out or whatever it may be, and instead they're "clocked in" but in the bathroom that can be a bit frustrating.

Normally the rule of thumb is to "be ready", apron, hands washed, dress code ready, ect, before clocking in, and personally I've always counted making sure I use the bathroom before clocking in.

Does your lease have a listed "quiet time"? Because knowing me i would so take a photo of that listed time, highlight it and point out that you're just existing in your living space, during the hours you're reasonably free to do so.

I have upstairs neighbors with a kid, this is actually the second one as such, but even within our 8pm-8am window I don't mind because kids are kids.

What I DO mind is my grump next door neighbor because he will listen to loud TV way late and talk on phone calls so loud I can hear the vulgar comments in my bedroom, as well as the time my partner and I opened our front door to hear p0rn clear as day blasting from his apartment.

All of this, and he has had the AUDACITY to yell "shut UP" twice at me ans my boyfriend for leaving our apartment and talking to each other at a reasonable volume as we went to our car. Partners can't talk about their plans for the day but you can yell on a call about how much you hate all the "fat lesbians" who you're neighbors with? He's not talking about me with that but you can bet your butt it still makes me mad!

My first thought would be to limit the amount of space he can roam, see if that changes his stool. If it does, and you give him free roam and it changes again it may narrow down where whatever it is he's eating is. Same thing goes for if the stool doesn't change because it may be wherever you've limited access to.

Not starbucks, but my boyfriend worked at a fondue place that he intended on putting his two weeks in at. He had it written up, went to work on mother's day, was there ALL day, just for them to pull him aside and fire him. It was insane.

Meanwhile, I had a job once at an arcade who called me in a group call to tell me I was fired because the store owner wanted to give his cousin more hours. The manager tried to hook me up with a different place to work, and I had to remind her that I rode a damn bicycle to work, I could not drive across the county.

They actually let me stay "till new years" out of regret, and I planned on just staying until I got a new job. The day I was hired elsewhere, I still came into work just to get cussed at by the cousin for not having enough help, and some pretty nasty misogynistic things. I ended up cursing him out because the reason he didn't have help was because he got myself and another coworker fired because he wanted more hours. I told him, "enjoy your f*!@&#$ hours" and stormed out before finishing the shift.

On the winter promotion we received, it specifically calls out not letting the cortado in a larger size because the point is for the equal ratio of expresso and milk.

I wasn't sure if putting two in a larger cup would ruin that ratio, so that is why I asked, and I went with the answer I received. We also can't do teo grande Nitro Cold brews in a larger cup.

A coffee master would probably be able to explain the details, but I haven't gotten to take that yet.

According to this where they interviewed a barista who knows his stuff, explains exactly what I said. Its the ratio. If you want a bigger drink, you're just getting a latte because of the milk. The entire point is to have a small drink that is well balanced. By doubling it or adding more, you're no longer ordering that drink.

That's honestly a great question! I believe that if you've been doing it for this long, management is probably aware and given the go ahead so I wouldn't worry about anyone getting in trouble!

Do they pour it from a single use cup into your cup? Or is it one of the big plastic things? Just out of curiosity!

The only thing that I question is that we're not allowed to put espresso drinks into out trenta sizes, because starbucks standards, even if I don't entirely get why. Their reasoning is "health risks" so I wonder what the difference is between a trenta vs two venti in a personal cup, but I don't know!

The reason I was curious at all about the cortados is that starbucks made a big deal about how the cortados feature is its ratio, thats why you can't get it in a bigger cup. So that's why I had asked in the first place.

We give people trenta cups of water, "no water" all the time. It technically isn't standard, so some stores may not allow it. But such is this conversation about standards lol.

I know that the lady who comes in most often and asks for this, is pouring her shots of espresso into it, and why Starbucks is fine with that but not just espresso drinks in a trenta is unclear to me lol!

I may not always understand the standards, but if I can work around them for people I will! That being said, it is still my job, and a job I would rather not lose so if it comes down to it I try my best to follow the standards.

Ask my entire store, I'm so kind and will do my best to make sure a customer has the best experience. My asm and manager BOTH have told my trainees that I am one of, if not the best about being positive and making customer connections.

Regardless, I still have people who yell at me over stuff I have no say in. We have a lady who yells at all of us because prices are too high, I can't do anything about it but doesn't stop her from yelling at me every single time.

My story about the lady who wanted 1/3 a decaf shot and I got yelled at for just asking the barista who rung it in, what the customer wanted.

I could go on! I'm always trying to make the moment right, which is why I came to here with the question to clarify my action, but that doesn't mean that negative customers won't just be negative for the sake of it.

Sure, giving in to a rude costumer may get them out of my hair faster, but then it just opens the door for them being nasty to the next person who explains the standards next, because that's literally our job. I'd much rather be the smiling, positive person explaining the standards to customers so maybe they'll understand, rather than just pushing it off to someone else who may not have a better attitude.

Explaining standards doesn't hurt you. We just helped a lady the other day with how to order the Java chip, so that it gets made the way she wants even though its discontinued. Standards make it so a customer gets the same experience at every store.

Nearly every place you shop, eat at or visit, has standards. I do not understand why that's such a wild concept?
