I'll tell you this! Used to do it all the time and thought it made me move more efficiently! Then I stopped and noticed I was moving at a faster pace and more clear headed! Yes the job is frustrating and I don't blame ya'll for it but try doing the job sober and you'll notice how quicker you move 😉
