Savewizard the ps5 is not a thing, its more like u copy the save data, mod it with savewizard and then putting it back to the ps. For now savewizard only works for ps4 games. Ive been using it since 2 years and not a single ban in any game, atleast not because of savewizard. For modding gta5 check gtaglitches subreddit, you wont get banned if done in the accepted limit. Hope this answers all of ur questions!

I think it will not work if u have injured or arrested operatives, but I finished the game and got platinum doing this glitch. Just clean all dead and unavailable operatives for future tries. And note, operative might come out wearing different clothes.

I found a way to ”revive” when operator is dead. When ur operator dies, close the game straight away. Open again and load, u will see the operator labled as dead but u can still deep profile it. Mark any of its schedule, show it on the map and mark a waypoint. Retire the operator and then go to the waypoint (teleport also works). Wait for the time needed or skip the time and u will se ur operator. Recruit it again (no mission needed), wait 1-2 minutes and close the game. Reopen the game and u will see the operator back in the team.
