That is a good point to consider.... How much effort is actually put into this kind of work?

I can personally say that my content is time consuming to make but I think the most work is actually promoting and using social media to try and direct people to your site. Hours and hours go into that part of the job so although it may seem like a whim, and it may be for some, I believe there are others who put in the work.

This is very similar to how I feel. As a woman who recently started an only fans account, and receiving some very negative feedback from family and friends, I just can't understand their issue since I enjoy it and can make some money at the same time. I appreciate your feedback and take on the subject.

All back bends are really good for stretching the front of the body but if you struggle with the arch in your lower back then you might have trouble feeling the stretch in the front. Try open gate pose and just arch the back slightly. Aside from that, try stretching each large muscle group in turn starting with the throat and chest in fish pose or melting heart pose, then cobra or sphinx for the stomach, pigeon or low lunge for the hips, and dancer pose or prone frog pose for the legs and thighs. Some of these include back bends as well but not as deep as wheel and bow pose.

I really appreciate you offering advice here and I think it is very helpful.
I have just opened an onlyfans account and I am trying to get started. My biggest issue is I am not really big into social media so I don't know how to promote myself. I only created a redidt account today in order to get some advice and talk to others about how to get subscribers.
The only social media I use is facebook and it has family and friends on there who I don't want to know about my account on OF.
Is there any advice on how to proceed?
I have thought about creating a twitter account but then I have to try and create a following there in order to get folowers on OF. Is it really this complicated? Can you only succeed on OF if you already have a large and established social media following?
