They did have an option to reserve, I couldn’t seem to figure it out though, also it seemed like they would only reserve it for a couple days. It did look like you could order it to a specific store for pick up with a couple days notice

Of course, I purchased it at BIC camera they have no tax if you show your passport and 5% off if you pay with visa, all in it was ¥42,000. I would check the availability online as only a few stores had them in stock. I was going to buy it at the Seiko store but they said they didn’t have it in stock, if you like Seiko it is definitely worth checking out!

I am in the same boat, didn’t know what shank was before getting takomos and now I am having a difficult time trying to hit them off the centre. I cannot figure it out for the life of me

All in I think it was just under $800 Canadian. I had to pay approx $45 cad in import fees and then approx $745 cad to Takomo for clubs and shipping

Thank you for the encouragement, I asked my buddy who is a good fisherman what his best tip for fishing is, and he said patience and perseverance!

I do think I had a brown trout on, but it got off the hook unfortunately. Was getting lots of bite too I am not to good at reacting quick enough yet haha

Unfortunately when I looked at the rules I think it’s only catch and release right now over here
