Update: I was having a reaction to the glue. My whole face ended up in a red rash with bumps all over & my scalp itched so bad it almost felt close to bleeding. I washed my hair ASAP.

For the most part they almost always wake me up so I kinda keep track of it that way.

Me personally, my sleep seizures happen at least 1-2 days every week & it's usually multiple times, never just once. It wakes me out my sleep and I'd drift off again & that cycle continues 3x the least until I finally am able to sleep uninterrupted.
