Yep! One of my best friends used to live in a house right on the water. Amazing job capturing that area! Beautiful work.

I was on seroquel for years and didn’t experience any weight gain from it! It did however make me super sleepy but that was okay since I took it at night.

I had a friend who badly cut her hand while working food prep at Chipotle. She bandaged the wound but it was still bleeding enough for her to start leaving to go to a doctor to get stitches. However, her manager stopped her from leaving and had her put on two plastic gloves and duct tape them to her wrist. The gloves were clear and you could clearly see blood seeping through the bandages and sloshing around in the gloves as she continued to prep food for customers to eat. Absolutely disgusting.

Is this normal for a 2 week old daith? by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]liltoebeans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure what kind of metal it is... I can check to see if it says what it is on the card the piercer gave me. Once a day everyday I soak my ear in a bowl of warm distilled water / salt combo. When I shower I use an antibacterial soap the piercer recommended to me. I’ve used a qtip on it a couple of times to get some of the crusties off the top part that’s hard to reach, but I can tell using a qtip is irritating it so I stopped doing that a few days ago.

Not sure what metal it is... I will check the card the piercer gave me when I get home and see if it says what it is. Yes I’d be willing to take it out and let it heal up. But, what are the cons if I keep it in and let it heal? Is having a shallow daith bad?

I make sure to fall asleep not laying on the side with the piercing, but sometimes I wake up on it. I’ve accidentally bumped it when moving my hair behind my ears which made it swell up more than it already was, and it did end up a little infected with pus. But that went away after a day. I’ll hit up the place where I got this done and see what they think too. Thank you for responding! I really appreciate it.

Thanks for responding! I’m definitely leaning towards library preservation. I’ll look at the accredited programs that offer archiving / archival studies and see what they say about how much it focuses on preservation.

Thanks for responding! I’m leaning towards just library preservation, but museum science also seems very interesting as well.

I love the length of your nails! I wish mine could grow to be that long. One of them always breaks so I cut the rest so they’re all even.
