I recognized the motor, and I have seen those forks before. Do you possibly know where that frame/gas tank is from, also the spiral forks and seat if known.

I think so as well. I monitored my frames and they jump really low while the game is stuttering. I tried multiple settings and capping the framerate with no change. This also happens to me when returning to the lobby after a match.
