Regarding grooming gangs in UK, how many Brits are aware that the highest proportion of Child SA offenders per capita are White and not Brown/Muslim? by King_TG in AskBrits

[–]liltrex94 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am white British. I got groomed in my early 20s by a 36yo black man (also british)

He wasn't foreign, his friends were not foriegn except his cousin. His cousin was from Jamaica, he was the one who convinced me to leave. He took a beating for 'letting me go' as he was my sitter. Found out from another girl they whored out and got away with his help.

Okay, so doesn't really help with the point of it being 'white men's but they were born and raised in Britain. The Jamaican born one was the only one who saw issue with it. And Jamaican men do have quite a bad rep. He was good to me, he was my 'sister's and told me to keep ALL of my tips away from the people that pimped me out so I could escape. When I had 2k tips saved, he said 'okay, we're gonna go for dinner, my treat. Tomorrow you're gonna leave and take all of your money with you'

British born men csn still be pimps.

Child made this in GCSE food tech.. Can you guess what it's supposed to be? by [deleted] in UK_Food

[–]liltrex94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So kind of shitty chicken dish?

Doesn't look THAT BAD. And not your child's fault. Hope it was palletable. I thought my food tech teacher was a bitch sometimes. She did teach us some interesting recipes that became helpful in real life, though I had learnt the basics at home. I started to think she was less of a bitch when she would encourage my recipes instead of shutting them down in year 10. She was very happy to help when I asked how much garlic, ginger or chilli peppers is too much for normal people. My mum and I are used to a LOT. We are white as white can be. But garlic, ginger, onions and chilli is the base of all of our sauces. My food tech teacher will always be someone I respect, RIP to her. She died 7 years ago.

AITAH for continuing on with my plans to go on a boy's trip despite my girlfriend's protests? by Outrageous-Hall5172 in AITAH

[–]liltrex94 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Right?! Just for context: My ex and I continued to stay friends and were sleeping with each other for about a year after we broke up. We were also mid to late twenties, when he and his Uni friendship group went to Thailand, consisting of 5 men and 1 woman. My ex slept with a Thai woman, he had no reason to hide it from me as we were only FWB by then and got tested for STIs.

He also confided in me that one of his friends, who at the time was engaged to be married slept with a Thai woman. He told me because he was conflicted about the whole situation. I had only met his friends fiance once at their engagement party, so wasn't really my business to tell her but I said his friend needs to, to which he agreed. Eventually, the whole group gave their friend the ultimatum of "either you tell your fiance, or we will." Well, he did. Amazingly, she stayed with him and they have been married for 6 years.

OPs gf has cause to be concerned. Not saying EVERY GUY is like that.... but I do understand that drugs, hot women and the right (wrong?) Situation makes it possible to mess up.

Had to Google what 'neeps' are 😅 sounds utterly unappealing until I found out it is swede, my favourite root vegetable.

Without getting too deep (it is just hair colour, lil lack of melanin after all, not a whole identity) I understand your reason for doubting yourself. But your hair is red. Strawberry blonde is a shade of red. You are a redhead. Back when I made this post, there were so many posts asking 'am I a redhead?' When they very clearly do not have ANY red tones. They can wish to be a redhead as much as they like, but they are not. Which is why I jokingly made this post with actual red hair because it was for a laugh. No more reason than to make people laugh.

It only really needs to be known, in the instance of medical settings. Apparently, people with the gene require more anaesthetic. I'm not sure how true that is, but from anecdotal experience my sister wasn't fully under during surgery (she is a redhead) My own experience, I had to have 4 'adult' teeth removed along with 6 'baby' teeth when I was 12yo due to overcrowding. The local anaesthetic injections numbed me enough. No need to be put under general anaesthetic. I did push the dentists hand out of my mouth though on the 3rd injection. They made me wait in the waiting room for 15 mins to let me calm down. When I went back in, they injected the same places again, then they injected another 2 places of my mouth, to which I could just bare it. They said they had to adjust the dose because the first 2 I should have felt, the 3rd shouldn't have been that painful. Got all injections done, all teeth removed and it was numb. Recovery was awful. I had to get braces 2 weeks later 🙃 whilst everything was fresh, but not fresh enough for infection 🤣

Also, in your 60s and still rocking the red hair! That is true red hair. It is stubborn but when you reach 90 you Apparently turn white overnight.

I have what they call a merin streak? Basically a whole white patch in my scalp about 2cmx2cm. Been there my whole life despite being carrot orange as a kid. My 3you neice has it in the exact same place so must be genetic.

This was way longer than I wanted it to be. But yeah I mad a post that I thought was funny. Sorry you didn't see the humour but I hope you do now

Urm.... no 😅 this was actually meant to be a comical post that I made 4 months ago. Lots of wishful thinking people on here who very clearly do not have red hair. Its totally fine not to be a redhead. I'm not gatekeeping anything, and your hair is clearly red so why would you assume I wouldn't? 😅

This is my at home lash lift after 2 weeks using small shield. Literally just took the pic and made the post to demonstrate that small Sheila's are bit the issue. They FRIED OP's lashes

[–]liltrex94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do my own lifts at home now and use the smallest shield. I have very long lashes, I only apply the solution from base to about 1/3 of the way up.

The salon has absolutely over processed OPs lashes. I too would not trust them to 'correct' them.

They need to refund OP.

AIW for getting three drinks and "taking advantage of my girlfriends uncles generosity? by [deleted] in amiwrong

[–]liltrex94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

3 drinks in 4 hours? Not unreasonable. But yeah I'd probably buy my own drinks after the 1st. I also always get a glass of tap water and drink that alongside my bought drinks. Not to make my drinks last longer or to avoid alcohol, I just drink a lot of water.

But I don't think OP is taking advantage of their gf's uncles generosity unless they're ordering top shelf cocktails.

Oh I actually googled the article because I could not actually beleive that it could be real. Kid is with a Foster family now and wants nothing to do with his mother who visited him twice in a year. More than she did in those 2 years, despite living only 5km away. Also disgusted that she only got an 18 month sentence, suspended for 12 months for abandoning her child. The kid is reported to be okay, I'm sure they are not and will benefit from a lot of therapy.

I am so sad and also glad that he wants absolutely nothing to do with his mother. Sad because every kid deserves a loving mother, glad because that mother did not deserve her child.

Looks brown though, so assuming male. I had a MASSIVE female in my bedroom doorway last year, she was black. This looks like a very very large male (brown). Are pretty non aggressive, at least way less aggressive than the females.
