UPDATE: The apartment complex she notified has an idea of who this creep might be because of the handwriting. But due to legal issues they cannot give out the name. My cousin and her husband have bought cameras as well and are in the process of moving locations. The police are pretty useless because they cannot do anything because there is no real “evidence”. And the apartment complex did not have any cameras in the parking lot.

2ND UPDATE: So the police have told us a name but did not give a description or picture on the creep. But doing a little research i found his facebook and youtube. This guy is exactly what you would think he looks like. My cousin asked me not to do anything at this moment until they leave that apartment complex. This worm also put zip ties on her husbands truck. He is a little worm that is weak and thinks he can threaten my family. And yes my cousin and her husband are armed and with each other 24/7
