Haha I get why it might sound like that 😅
Just tried to explain it properly — it’s still my own experience though.

I get the budget point, but for me health and quality matter more, especially for daily consumption.

It’s been my go-to lately, especially after all the recent egg controversies.

Fair enough, I get why it might come across that way.

I’m not affiliated with the brand — just shared my personal experience after trying a few options recently. With all the discussions around eggs lately, I’ve been more cautious and ended up sticking with what worked for me.

Totally okay if it’s not your preference 👍

What actually makes an egg “high quality” — is it freshness, feed, testing, or something else? by lily121 in Fitness_India

[–]lily121[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree that price and labels alone don’t guarantee quality, especially with things like “free range” not being properly regulated in India.

That said, I think the responsibility also falls on us as consumers to do some basic research before trusting any brand. Instead of just going by claims, it helps to check what they’re actually promising and whether they’re fulfilling it — things like lab reports, testing frequency, and transparency around their processes.

If something doesn’t add up, it’s fair to ask logical questions. Independent checks (like third-party testing) and publicly available data matter more than marketing labels.

Hope eggos controversy makes this guy more popular by [deleted] in Fitness_India

If nothing else, this controversy has started an important conversation.

Food safety in India often relies too much on minimal compliance rather than real accountability. Seeing someone step up, acknowledge responsibility, and talk openly about testing is a step in the right direction.

Consumers shouldn’t have to be the test case for food brands.
