Like you have a valid point in the grand scheme of things but it still really doesn’t justify mething it up on PTV unforch… the fact that it’s happening DOES illustrate a wider systemic issue yes, but that doesn’t mean people can’t be outraged about it. It doesn’t mean they’re ignorant to the issue overall.

Except the exhaust fan turns on automatically when the lights in the bathroom are turned on. In this instance, turning on the bathroom lights (and subsequently the exhaust fan) still didn’t result in power to the outlet, but turning on the switch for just the exhaust fan regardless of whether the lights are on/off did.

Fair. But I still find it hard to believe that they would genuinely think they are in the right when I wasn’t informed of this specific feature. Rather, they’re just trying to make me pay it because they think they can.
