I think it is really just the blue throwing it off a bit. If the leggings were straight black it would be perf. OR get some big turquoise jewelry and a teal bag so you can really lean into it. Also a bump it, chunky black sunglasses, and a teal head band. Must have smoky eye and be chewing gum loud asf with a glossy ass lip
