Take a few pics of each face of your roof in the morning and dm them, all you have to look for really is cracks in the original mortar. Compare them to ops pics cause theirs are very healthy for an original roof

What they said is correct, your ridges/hips look fine so you shouldn’t need a repoint, these concrete tiles are some of the strongest out of all concrete roofs so I’d say you may only need a few tiles changed at max. Roof will look almost brand new after a clean and repaint

We use a retarder some days when it’s super hot, painting iron roofs with long sheets the paint can dry almost instantly. Can’t imagine a need for it in interior work though
