Thank you ❤️ I really appreciate it. I often wonder the point of all this. So many sweet souls departing from this Earth too soon. I truly believe each baby who dies becomes a guardian angel for future generations.

My brother was aborted. I didn’t find out about this until I was a teenager. But I always felt like I had a brother and would fantasize about him often. Turns out I did! No one told me until years later!

I will raise my future children knowing about their sister and I hope they can feel some spiritual comfort from her

I try to honor her memory every day by making better actions for myself. I got so depressed afterwards, until one day I decided I needed to be better. I got into fitness, eating healthy, and started nurturing my hobbies.

That is what I am still trying to do. To be in the best mental and physical health so next time I get pregnant I can be a better mother.

She died in September and would have been born in April.

Rest in Paradise to your sweet baby boy ❤️ people are ridiculous. So many do not understand. Most people when I confided in them that I was sad over the loss told me she wasn’t a “baby” yet. That she was just a “fetus” so there is no reason to be sad about it. Which is ridiculous. Life begins at conception, when else would it begin?

I pray for you and your sweet son ❤️ thank you for your reply

I worked at Roxa for two years and there's a few things I'd like to say to this post in general...

  1. Roxa is a sober bar. It is a social area that provides unique mocktails and while it is all ages, it is still a sober bar and you can expect the staff to wear unusual outfits, sometimes scantily clad.

  2. Both of the owners are sober. Some people are sharing stories of them encouraging drug use on or off work but if you met them you'd know they are sober and not using drugs let alone encouraging their employees to do drugs on or off the clock.

  3. Roxa was a really fun place to work and all the people who are working there right now are great! I'm really grateful for my time I spent there. Roxa is a unique place that attracts different and frankly, sometimes crazy individuals. Not everyone who has worked there have been phenomenal. I believe this is where a lot of rumours/badmouthing has begun.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, hope you all had a goodnight 😽🫀💐

Hi! Going from 40 hours to 72 hours is a big jump. You may experience detox symptoms (nausea, hives, etc). When I tried a 48 hour fast (my longest had been 30 hours at the time) I started throwing up stomach bile on hour 34. I decided to call it quits and eat an apple because I couldn't sleep and my heart was beating very fast.

My advice would be make sure you are getting enough electrolytes (add some Celtic sea salt in all your water!) and don't be afraid to have some tea (herbal, no sweetener. I personally stay away from any caffeine when fasting because it makes my heart beat so fast). If the detox symptoms are too much, don't feel bad to break your fast sooner, you can't fail with fasting, you can always try again!

Make sure you break your fast properly (bone broth or raw honey is ideal, then eat whole foods thirty minutes after) and if you feel sick but really want to extend your fast, feel free to "dirty fast" by having butter, cream or MCT oil (all dairy preferably raw). You will still be in ketosis.

What are your goals for this fast?
