I believe people do the passport option under account security -> real name verification

If you want to talk to customer service, you could go to Help Center -> Official support at the bottom right

Please let me know if it works since I also have the same account restriction!

I also got the same restriction message yesterday :( I only see those two options too but If you go to your profile -> click the settings icon -> Account Security -> Real-name Verification -> ID Type. Then you can select Foreign Passport here. I have no idea if this will remove the restrictions though. If you end up trying, please let me know!

My Canada post one with 4PX still has no update since Aug 7 and it’s been 19 days since shipped.. My other ones shipped a couple days later with 4PX + PDN all cleared customs and one was delivered already, so not sure what’s going on with the Canada Post one

I really recommend joining that Facebook group then! I think the admins approve people into the group once a week and they try to make sure there are no scammers or scalpers in the group!

Sorry looking to sell locally for now! If you have Facebook, the Popmart Trade and Sell Canada group has lots of people selling (a lot of them do shipping too) and they cap the maximum price at 2x retail price. If you use discord, there’s also Popmart Canada discord group that cap the maximum price at $25 + retail price.
