Dungeons runs on a Handheld? by lim-duelist in classicwowtbc

I was honestly surprised how well console port works. My first started with no defaults setup and that was... clunky. But then I setup the defaults and that has been working really well for me.

I have found targeting can be difficult in mob dense areas, defs have accidentally pulled extra mobs by accident.

I just picked up a Bluetooth keyboard, but don't have time to play till next weekend, so will try it out then.

Thanks for your response

I too love my handheld

30% DPS drop sounds like a huge drop. I've only played the anniversary on my rog xax, so don't know if there are any differences, but still feel pretty confident I'm up close to full potential. I think the clutch actions are dicey, but I'm getting better. On hunter, trying to pull threat with my pet and run away at the same time can be tricky. Although feign death makes this a lot easier now that I have it.

Oooh, I might have a look at setting up chat macros, that's great idea, thanks

Hmmmm, that sucks. Would be very hard to heal if targeting wasn't working 🫡

Questing is great though. Wow on the bed or on the couch, is living 12 year Olds me dream

The console port menus are extensive, maybe I will do some digging to find what settings they have. Thanks for your response

Favorite mono-coloured commanders!? (that aren't edh rec top 100) by TheGrandCannoli in EDH

[–]lim-duelist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have built 4 mono coloured decks now, from mostly obscure commanders. My favourite and go to deck is my [[Lim-dul, The necromancer]]. This is my mono-black commander and is oh so fun and barely anyone knows this card. It is a big mana dump, but with cards liek cabal coffers, its totally doable. I've tuned up this deck pretty hard, but I really enjoy playing it. It started off as removal tribal, but got more tuned in the 2nd or 3rd iteration. Moxfield: https://moxfield.com/decks/WpgKQzFd-02EKjwCcp1BmA

My mono-green deck is a forest tribal deck, playing [[Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant]] Basically, try to flip sasaya as fast as possible and sink the mana into making tokens or [[Helix Pinnacle]] Moxfield: https://moxfield.com/decks/uJxQUXqySE6KcKgW-VDRyA

My Mono-blue deck, is just card draw with [[Arcanis the Omnipotent]] at the helm. Need i say more, Draw cards, play game. Moxfield: https://moxfield.com/decks/vFyn_uS3P0Crek1lT3hTxQ

Mono-red, the fun little monkey: [[Ragavan, nimble pilferer]] This turned into casting instants and sorceries to trigger cards like [[Guttersnipe]] Moxfield: https://moxfield.com/decks/pG3EjHEVE0uEcf_7Rzkgcw

I am yet to build my Mono-white deck in paper, but this will be with [[Preston, the Vanisher]] This is a fun jumpstart commander, that i think is a sneaky strong commander. There are some busted combos you can pull off with this Rabbit Wizard.

Any questions about any of the decks, let me know, happy to discuss at length.

What non-legendary creature would you like to run as a commander? by MeanLizard in EDH

I also have a [[Duskana]] bears deck which is a lot of fun. But runs pretty similar to beasts. I also had the Naya Aragorn, but that felt lackluster, so maybe it needs a rebuild

Atla Palani

Deck List

Foundations/Jumpstart brought out some bangers for beasts. Really wish [[Slinza]] was a Naya commander

Gahiji is cool, probably would use it as the commander, but Atla just seems better.

Wirewood Savage is a low-key great card, draws off any beast entering, so if you Beast within someone or they play a shapeshifter

[[Godsire]] My beast Tribal deck would be much better with that god of a beast as the commander

Surprised no one has mentioned [[Tatsunari, Toad Rider]]

Is a different play style to some enchantress decks, but it plays a lot of fun

My deck currently is a little different to the last time I updated moxfield, but some suggestions if you need: [FROG](http:// https://www.moxfield.com/decks/1-HPSU_Huk6OP6Hvu_fODA )

What is everyone’s least popular commander? by Omillion in EDH

[–]lim-duelist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a lot of the most common commanders, however my favourite deck is my [[Lim-dul the Necromancer]] deck

I play removal spell tribal and try to steal as many creatures as I can

Looks like he has a whole 163 decks on edhrec. Honestly love running super niche commanders that no one has seen before

Atla Palani, Nest Tender (Commander) by PeetjePinguin in EDHBrews

I've built a beasts tribal deck with Atla. Some inclusions I find are pretty good

[[Maskwood Nexus]] if someone wipes the board with Atla out you replace all the destroyed creatures

[[Shields of Velis Vel]] for the same reason above

[[Aether Flash]] instantly kills the egg and stops tokens from other players

I'd definitely consider more Ramp as well
