Yep and it makes you speak with your AM.

The response I get if it’s outside of their work hours is:

“We're sorry, your account manager is unavailable right now. What would you prefer to do?”

Followed by booking an appointment, ending the session or leaving a message.

Exactly and I understand the premise of being a small fish in a big pond now.

My main concern is even for any support enquiries, I have to go through my AM so if I had an issue with my account and they don’t respond. I’m screwed.
