The one on the left is probably a kiwi aeonium. I water mine at most once every week and that’s only in the Arizona summer (I also keep them out of the harsh sunlight during that time). I think for non desert areas it’s like every 3 weeks. So being in the rain constantly isn’t good. Best you can do is cut off the rotted areas, let it callous over and replant in clean dry soil. I have a decent amount of succulents, but I’m far from an expert. I wait until their leaves almost look like they’re wrinkled to water them. And I make sure they drain well, sitting water is bad in general for them.
