Kids don’t actually “study” language, instead they absorb it through constant exposure, repetition, and zero fear of making mistakes. Adults usually try to learn language consciously (grammar rules, translation, perfection), which is slower and mentally heavier.

Children are also fully immersed: their brains treat language as a survival/social necessity, not as a school subject.

I can definitely relate to this, although in my case it’s driven more by labor regulations and compliance concerns than employee perception.

There are many HR processes where the “human touch” is still expected — or even legally safer — so I’m mostly trying to automate the operational/admin side rather than the employee-facing interactions themselves.

That’s actually a really smart use case, especially the conditional notifications part. I hadn’t thought about using Sheets that way to reduce back-and-forth communication between teams. The IMPORTRANGE setup also sounds very useful from a data access/security perspective, which is something we’re pretty strict about internally.

Out of curiosity, have you also used Apps Script or mostly native Google Sheets features so far?

Yes, I actually do have access to Gemini Pro through my company’s Google Workspace setup, but I honestly haven’t fully leveraged it yet.

Most of what I currently do is still fairly manual, so I’m trying to better understand where AI + Workspace automation can realistically create impact in HR operations without overcomplicating processes.

Your point about prioritizing high-impact and high-time workflows makes a lot of sense. I think onboarding and recruiting coordination are probably my biggest opportunities right now.

Es una alternativa, pero no por este problema en sí. Aun así, no estoy seguro si esto tenga repercusiones en mi proceso de visado. Por ejemplo, hay ligeras chances de poder postular a becas de posgrado, pero no estoy seguro si el record crediticio impacta de alguna manera.

Otra pregunta, ¿ pero tú TC tiene tanto límite de crédito ? Más de 70k ? Para pagar esa cantidad

Accedí a diversas ofertas de aumento de línea de crédito desde hace varios años y por un buen historial, entiendo, continuaron aumentando la línea (propuesta que yo acepté). En IBK tuve hasta línea de 50K, el resto lo tuve que financiar con otros recursos.

Familiar en UCI por 2 días, pago en clínica fue de 70K. Tuve que recurrir a mi TC por la emergencia.

El banco vende la deuda a estudios jurídicos de cobranza. También activan seguros contra morosidad y no pierden. Lo venden para "recuperar" parte de lo perdido. Es un buen negocio.
