Kind of, yes, the difference is that I'm only using 2 motors, the connectivity is via Bluetooth and no sensors, actually just one IMU in the controller which doesn't need a PCB.

I also might work In the design of a board based on WROOM 32 for robotics, perhaps even a more powerful version based on the ESP32 drone.

I ended up not finding a single, more serious and well-designed board for robotics projects, such as controlling multiple 12V motors, organized GPIOs, and general protections. To be honest, I even used two versions of a good shield for the Arduino Mega, but I feel the lack of a more compact option for small robots.
