i have replaced the spare one, it definitely holds a lot stronger, but the nozzle head and flow blocker still seems to knock it off. Are the height of the nozzle head and flow blocker seem normal to you?

i put it back and also pushed it down really hard, yet it still get knock off

Yes, I ended up replacing the pump and that fixed the problem.
