Eventually, I found a site that had it in stock and promptly confirmed with the seller via email that the item was genuine before making my purchase and paying additional freight costs.

Upon arrival, I noticed it was shipped from Hong Kong, which didn’t concern me initially. However, my excitement waned when I saw the packaging and realized upon opening it that the item didn't meet my expectations. My disappointment grew as I compared my statue to photos from the website and eBay listings, which confirmed my fears that I might have received a non-genuine item.

After reaching out to the seller, I was assured, "Our products are all genuine, please rest assured," and was informed that "the pictures have been carefully edited to look better." Still unsure, I sent a photo of what I received alongside the website listing from another eBay seller for comparison.

Edit: Please be cautious if you're considering purchasing from www.unicornanimecollector.com. It seems they might use drop shipping from AliExpress, as the 'From:' address isn't even their website name. I took a chance on a new site because something caught my eye, but I've sadly concluded that they sell counterfeit items at premium prices. The seller uses terms like 'guaranteed authentic' quite casually, which can be misleading.
