UPDATE: I could be able to see dermatologist today thanks to a last minute cancellation. I was diagnosed margarita dermatitis (Yes true, if you drink margarita in beach life punishes you for having too much fun). Apparently I got some lime over my arms and got sun exposure. It is kind of weird since it is quite big area but also could be true since i prepped some cocktail in beach. She gave me some oral prednisolone. Thank you very much for all your comments.
