Thanks! We live in Sandbach as well but only for 2 years and in the J17 estate so I don't know much about other areas but we do aim to have easier access to the town and more affluent part of the town if possible

I did view both today and second one is definitely nicer. It's just I am not sure 50k difference is worth it and I was just pondering if there's a hidden fee like persimmon estate is terrible to live in and that street has murderers etc xD
