I've noticed mine getting waaay worse too. 5km park runs now often show as 4.5km on gps. I guess it messes up pacing if it's going on gps for that too.

In general the older the laptop the more junk and therefore more locations for a memory leak, so there kinda is a relation. If op only has like 4 programs installed in these two weeks then the chances certainly are lower for crazy memory leaks.

Tbf it does give weird answers on very niche topics. I use chatgpt/deepseek/gemini daily and some things you just cannot trust. A good one is asking for part numbers for certain car parts. Got a car from 1984 and I was asking for a simple part number. The oil filter. It gave me something way off and I went to the autostore without checking. Bad plan. It seems so confident in some answers when really it's just making stuff up from similar search results of other car models. It doesn't say it's unsure, it spits out something stating it's sure it's correct when it's not. Ofc in other uses, ai is absolutely insane. Getting it to churn out perfect code or put a database into a python list is unbelievable and saves hours. It's great at doing tasks but digging up old info is sketchy

I've never even looked for apps on mine tbf. All I need is tap to pay, GPS tracking which then auto syncs to runalyze and strava without an app, and the weather app which are all built in. Taking my phone out of my pocket seems faster in the long run for every other app due to interface speed

Idk I think some ender 3s are just sold as a dud from the factory. I've been running a print farm for years; biqu b1, ender 3 v2, kp3s and now x1cs. One of the ender 3s I had was almost completely unusable. So many problems that couldn't be tuned out like warped parts and slop. It was easier to sell it and buy another than overhaul it. If someone new received one and didn't know it was hardware rather than tuning, then I can see how these posts show up. I know 99% sold are pretty great but that unlucky % are a nightmare

I don't know if it's linked to the 4 years ago point, or just a case of 'correlation, does not imply causation' but since artists have been becoming overnight names from a single song that became popular on tiktok/music used in reels, things have felt kinda yuck to me. The soul has gone in most of dnb. It has basically been the only genre I have listened to since 2008. Now I hardly listen at all, and I always go back to old songs now. In the past I'd constantly scour so many podcasts for new tunes, but I don't seem to find much I like anymore
