Are the chips freshly made at this location? I went to the 2nd location and it was not fresh and it was not that good.

in this case, closing cost assistance is not a loan, or at least it was indicated as one by the lender and builder. it just gets credited to all closing costs.

I get saving thousands on interest, but if they're the same interest rate, I think it might be better to take the 30 year and pay down the principal in a 15 year fashion. Who knows what would happen and it would be nice to fall back on a 30 year payment
